Maintenance of stamping presses

Robotic stamping line is one or more row-mounted stamping presses operated by robots. The robots perform the workpiece loading/unloading operation (sheet metal).

The workpieces are fed in a stack that is placed by the operator in workpiece magazines in two working areas. The sheet is centred on the centring table before the robot places the workpiece into the forging press for the first time. Depending on the technical specifications, two moulds can be installed on the presses, where transfer between the moulds of one press is also performed by a robot. The finished product is unloaded onto a conveyor by a robot at the end of the press section.

In a standard configuration, the maximum sheet size is up to 1700x1000 mm. Depending on the sheet size, the number of moulds on one press and the number and types of presses, the turnaround time for medium-sized parts will be 12-20 seconds.
