Robotic palletizing system with automatic pallet wrapping with stretch film

Features:

-Palletizing product type: boxes, bags, containers in packaging, trays, etc.

-Number of input lines: 1 (OPTION: 2-3 lines - dependent on line capacity).

-Pallet change: the operator loads pallets into the pallet dispenser before starting work and replenishes it periodically as required, the pallet is moved automatically by conveyor from the pallet dispenser to the palletizing area.

-Wrapping a full pallet with stretch film on an automatic pallet wrapper.

-Removing a full pallet from the robot's work area on a roller conveyor (OPTION: Lowering a full pallet to floor level for further transportation by trolley)

 -Laying cardboard padding on the pallet and between the rows (OPTION).

-Pallet sizes: as agreed.

-Stacking scheme: as agreed.
