Robotic palletizing system for the finished domestic radiators

The system includes four unloading zones and consists of the following equipment: industrial robot with gripper system, conveyor line, control cabinet, pneumatic pushers, sensors, pallet frames, mechanical guards with safety system.

After packing the radiator enters the working area of the system, the robot unloads it onto a pallet. Pallet change is done manually by the operator.

Parameters of radiators: maximum weight - up to 100 kg, length 800-3000 mm, width 300-600 mm, height 30-90 mm. The speed of radiators feeding is 3,5 running m/min.
